Volunteer at UPAC - Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC)

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us! Due to COVID-19, our volunteer opportunities are currently limited.

Volunteer Needs:

Neighborhood Enterprise Center Food Distribution: Every Thursday, UPAC prepares care packages filled with fresh fruits & veggies and 2-4 days worth of food staples for the City Heights community. We are in need of volunteers to help us pack food boxes from 3pm-5pm on Thursdays.
COVID-19 Outreach and Vaccine Program: We are in need of volunteers to assist with logistical tasks for outreach around COVID-19, including material preparation, transporting supplies, and direct community contact to inform public of COVID-19 updates and resources.
Stop AAPI Hate & Violence Initiative: We are looking for volunteers and community partners to help spread awareness about the increase in Anti-Asian Hate and Violence and offer resources to those victimized.

Volunteer Requirements:

To become a UPAC volunteer, individuals will need to complete a volunteer application, Livescan fingerprints, background check, and short volunteer on-boarding.
