Telecommunication Education and Assistance
Project assists limited-English proficient consumers learn about telecommunication services and resolve complaints.

Fee-based Services
Customized translation and interpretation, culturally competent material development, and cultural competency training & consultation.

In loving memory of the Founding Executive Director, Beverley Yip, her husband Philip and children, Janice and Keith, established a scholarship fund to encourage young people to follow her example of community service. Recipients are encouraged to focus on assisting Asian and Pacific Islander communities.
