The Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) is a comprehensive health and human service organization which addresses the critical social, psychological, physical and economic needs of Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County. UPAC services are provided by culturally, linguistically and professionally competent staff, including physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, marriage, family and child counselors, substance abuse and gambling addiction counselors, business development and health prevention education specialists.
