MISSION

The mission of the Union of Pan Asian Communities is to improve the general well being and education of the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County.  UPAC recognizes the diverse ethnic and cultural identities and strengths of these communities and their need for self-sufficiency.

UPAC strives to meet the economic, social, psychological, and physical needs of San Diego's Asian and Pacific Islander population.

Why invest in UPAC?

The Asian and Pacific Islander population continues to grow in California and San Diego County, and new needs are constantly emerging. UPAC must have the financial resources to meet these needs and aid this population to achieve economic self-sufficiency in the 21st century. A stable financial base will allow UPAC to comprehensively identify and serve emerging needs as well as provide new and additional services to groups already served.

Your investment in UPAC is an investment in your community.

The Union of
Pan Asian Communities

was founded in 1974. The Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) has continued to fulfill its commitment to:

Compassion:  Providing essential human care services for those most in need.

Courage:  Identifying critical health, social, and economic challenges and having the courage to see changes to their conclusion.

Vision:  Uniting diverse cultures and generations for the good of all communities.
