Adult Mental Health Counseling & Treatment Center (CTC)

Outpatient Program

CTC  provides services in a safe and culturally sensitive environment for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.   Counseling services are offered in Chinese, Cambodian, English, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.   All staff members of the mental health program are multilingual and multicultural professionals who have extensive experience in the field.

Treatment services help individuals manage the symptoms of their mental illness such as mania, depression, psychosis, or disorganized thoughts.  Available Services include:

  • Mental Health Assessment
  • Individual, Group and Family Therapygroup therapy 2
  • Peer Support Groups
  • Clinical Case Management ensure that individuals are connected to the services supports and community resources they need
  • Psychiatric Medication Management
  • Employment Programs providing job development, counseling and placement 
  • 12 week Mental Health Education Classes (also available  in Vietnamese)
  • Family & Adult Peer Help Line in partnership with NAMI San Diego

IHOT North

In partnership with MHS, Inc and NAMI San Diego, this program provides community engagement services to individuals with serious mental illness who have been unwilling or unable to engage in mental health services.
