Who We Are

UPAC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit health and human services organization providing a variety of programs, services, and resources to over 35,000 very low and low to moderate income, Asian, Pacific Islander, Latino, Middle Eastern,  East African, African American and other diverse ethnic populations of San Diego County.

UPAC’s priorities for the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County include:

  • Promote communication and understanding
  • Establish health promotion and disease prevention services
  • Promote equal opportunities and greater self-sufficiency
  • Provide affordable housing, technical assistance and supportive services
  • Assess needs and develop services for the Asian, Pacific Islander and other ethnic communities of San Diego County
